Margaritaville Island Hotel, Pigeon Forge

The hotel had an amazing location right at The Island, making it easy to explore all the fun activities in Pigeon Forge. My room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ferris wheel, but I felt the service could use some improvement, as the staff seemed a bit undertrained. The dining options were decent, though not included in my stay, which was a slight downside. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, but the service definitely needs more attention.
